SenSpa we offer a range of classes from high energy sessions to get your heart racing such as circuit training and body pump to classes which are designed to stretch and tone the body like yoga and Pilates or calm the mind like meditation.
Classes Timetable

Aqua
A water based workout for all abilities.
Mediation
A great way to calm down and de stress, with deep breathing techniques and gentle stretches.
Dance Aerobics
A cardiovascular workout using various dance styles, high and low impact moves and varying levels of intensity and choreography.
Body Pump
A class combining high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning, BodyPump is excellent for increasing lean body mass, improving muscle tone and definition and helping to lose weight.
Body Balance
Combining principles such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength from the practices of Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais, Body Balance is an holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.
Yoga
Covering breathing, posture, stretching and relaxing to help bring awareness and balance to the mind, body and soul.
CircuitsMoving from station to station, a variety of exercises are used to strengthen the cardio vascular system and improve muscular strength and endurance.
Pilates(Intermediate)
Using flowing movements, controlled breathing and concentration, Pilates helps you develop strength, flexibility, posture and endurance without building bulk or stressing your joints. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation; Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease. This class is only for those who have done Pilates before.
Pilates Orientation
On the first Thursday of the month, this class will run if there is space available in the beginners class and if requested (SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF THE FITNESS STAFF) to get you up to speed to join in the beginners class.
Pilates (Beginners)
As for the intermediate class but aimed at beginners.
Fitball Conditioning
Using the fit balls, a series of exercise are used to mobilise the joints and tone the muscles; especially good for abdominals.
Body Conditioning
An eclectic mix from most of the classes designed to either finish you off for the week or set you up for the weekend.
