SenSpa classes to enhance your fitness journey...
Your membership at SenSpa gives you 25 inclusive classes per week; from high energy sessions including Circuit training, Body Pump and Zumba to the calming movements of Yoga and Pilates to stretch and tone the body, or meditation to soothe and ease the mind, body and soul.
Classes Timetable

Aqua
A water based workout for all abilities.
Meditation
A great way to calm down and de stress, with deep breathing techniques and gentle stretches.
Dance Aerobics
A cardiovascular workout using various dance styles, high and low impact moves and varying levels of intensity and choreography.
Body Pump
A class combining high repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning, BodyPump is excellent for increasing lean body mass, improving muscle tone and definition and helping to lose weight.
Zumba Sculpting exercises and high energy cardio work to Latin infused Zumba moves with light weight, maraca-like toning sticks all combine in this class to create a calorie burning, strength training dance fitness party that will sculpt your body naturally in a fun way
Body Balance
Combining principles such as controlled breathing, concentration, flexibility and strength from the practices of Yoga, Pilates and Feldenkrais, Body Balance is an holistic workout that brings the body, mind and soul into a state of balance and harmony.
Interludes
Interludes is a break from what you are doing – a “breathing space” – where conscious breathing techniques used in meditation help induce calm and, with a little practise and support, help you to begin to manage your emotions.
Yoga
Covering breathing, posture, stretching and relaxing to help bring awareness and balance to the mind, body and soul.
Circuits
Moving from station to station, a variety of exercises are used to strengthen the cardio vascular system and improve muscular strength and endurance.
Pilates(Intermediate)
Using flowing movements, controlled breathing and concentration, Pilates helps you develop strength, flexibility, posture and endurance without building bulk or stressing your joints. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation; Pilates exercises will leave you looking toned, feeling revitalized and moving with ease. This class is only for those who have done Pilates before.
Pilates Orientation
On the first Thursday of the month, this class will run if there is space available in the beginners class and if requested (SPEAK TO A MEMBER OF THE FITNESS STAFF) to get you up to speed to join in the beginners class.
NEW! Tai Chi class
Tai Chi has been added to our extensive class list at SenSpa.
Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with a series of postures that flow smoothly from one to the next, helping to improve balance and flexability, as well as promoting better sleep and reducing anxiety.
Pilates (Beginners)
As for the intermediate class but aimed at beginners.
Fitball Conditioning
Using the fit balls, a series of exercise are used to mobilise the joints and tone the muscles; especially good for abdominals.
