“Great stay!”

We had a thoroughly relaxing day at the spa, I had the most blissful hot stone massage, we made full use of the hydrotherapy pool room which had the best facilities of a spa I have visited (the ice room was fab!) and spent time chilling out in the quiet room (I was so relaxed I fell asleep!) lunch in the Thai restaurant was fantastic too.

“Amazing is the only word!”

The SenSpa was out of this world magic .. Anyone wanting to chill and restore their body, mind and soul needs to visit Careys Manor - we left feeling calm and relaxed! Life can't get any better! Happy at home now in the front room burning the SenSpa oil in the glorious burner we purchased at the gift shop where we met such a lovely lady who was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We have to say all the staff were totally fantastic.!

“Flawless!”

From the warm hydrotherapy pool massaging your backs with the water jets, to the crushed ice and experience showers, it was all amazing. One of our favourite rooms though, was the health showers where the water was scented with the smell of menthol.

“Relaxing weekend”

I booked Spa treatments for me and my partner which we indulged in after enjoying the sauna and steam room first, and the facilities and treatments were blissful.

“Lovely Spa day!”

Nice welcome, relaxing atmosphere and enough Hydro facilities to ensure that boredom never sets in. I was also lucky enough to join in one of the aqua aerobics classes - loved it. Lunch was also delicious and just the right amount. Would recommend this Spa and plan to go again.

"Excellent Service"

We had a really lovely day. It was the day before my sisters wedding and we all felt thoroughly relaxed by the end of it. The welcome and service received from all the staff was excellent from the receptionists to the therapists through to the restaurant staff. Abigail made the booking process really easy and our whole group said how much they enjoyed it. We also liked the fact that our treatments were arranged for the same time meaning we could spend time altogether in the spa areas. We will definitely be back!"

SenSpa for a spa day is the perfect treat.
Many people are quick to complain but few will be as speedy to praise.
It was my first visit to the SenSpa at Careys Manor and I would just like to say
WONDERFUL.

I received a top class, faultless experience. Greeted all day by smiles and
helpfulness.
The reception staff were friendly and professional and my spa tour
informative.
The restaurant manager Debbie very pleasant and welcoming both for my
breakfast and lunch visits. The food was delicious, freshly cooked and piping
hot.
The spa facilities are much better than other spas in the local area due to
having extra touches that makes the SenSpa experience unique.

The Thai pyjamas comical but so comfortable, and the attention to detail in
the relaxation areas was appreciated. Plenty of seating and lounging areas a
vital part of relaxing and of which some spas fail to provide.

My therapist for the afternoon was Jade; she was so polite, professional
and gave me the best massage I have ever received. A very highly skilled
therapist and an asset to your spa.

I will be recommending this spa to my friends and I will be returning soon.

The hydrotherapy area of the spa was lovely - just a few people, lots of rooms to visit and a
lovely hydrotherapy pool. Nicest spa I’ve been to in UK.

A friend recommended this spa because she had a fantastic experience there a few months
ago so my expectations were very high. I wasn't disappointed. In fact I've joined her in
recommending the spa to just about anyone who will listen! I had a fantastic day in every way.
The staff are truly excellent at making you feel welcome. The treatments are the best I have
experienced anywhere in the world including Thailand. I had the Sen Fusion massage which
last for 90 minutes (too short). It's a firm massage and perfect for me as a like deep tissue
massage usually. It was comprehensive and it was delivered with great skill and sensitivity.
I also had an amazing facial - at one point I was so relaxed I thought I was having an out of
body experience! The food was to die for - wonderful Thai cuisine eaten in my robe. Heaven.
The spa facilities themselves are described on the web site as 'world class' and they certainly

are. There are lots of thermal rooms to choose from. The experience showers are great
fun - the whole thing just works. Their exercise class was expertly given and focused on
stretching and a little strength work. All the elements of the day work well together (including
the shopping experience). SenSpa is somewhere I would be proud to bring my friends, in fact
I'm planning to return with a group of pals next time with an overnight stay - very soon!

We visited the spa after a morning of cycling, we paid £69 each for the afternoon 2pm till
6pm.
The spa has the usual facilities you would expect to find, pool, sauna, steam room and
Jacuzzi in the area shared with hotel guests, however through the hydrotherapy swipe card
door lies a whole new experience in spa treatments. Exclusive facilities start with the Jacuzzi
pool! Here different parts of the pool are button operated to activate jets to massage different
areas of the body including an under water bed that you can enjoy a horizontal bubble
sensation. After that you can choose between scented large sauna or crystal steam room and
refresh yourself in the tropical, Atlantic or thunder showers complete with sound effects, mood
lights and water jets with mist or rainfall effects.
Upstairs lies two great chill out room with tiled plungers that are heated from below to send
you into a deep sleep! Other facilities include a relaxation area with the latest magazines and
comfortable couches and recliners, there's even a sleeping room. We had cream teas and
scones alone with a selection of small cakes and a glass of champers included in the price.
At first glance we thought this was over priced but after the 4 hours we were satisfied with the
overall package and will probably have a treatment of some kind.

My daughter and I visited the SenSpa for the second time last week. We can only afford to go
when they have their 2 for 1 offer on. The first time we went we were very impressed by it all
and could not wait to go back so when their offer came through this year we booked again.
I can only reiterate what other people have said about the spa, it is heavenly, very clean
and first class in it's facilities. It is just the most relaxing day you can spend and you come
out feeling "ironed out". We had the Rhassoul mud therapy, which does not seem to do
much except get stuck in your hair, but the rest of the spa is excellent. We did not have any
massages in our offer, but I am sure they would be good.
The other treat is the Thai restaurant for lunch which is superb, we have even driven over to
Brockenhurst just to have lunch in there it is so good.

I recently went to SenSpa for a 2 day break with my best friend. It was absolute heaven, the
service was first class from the minute you pulled up outside the hotel. Someone to greet
you take care of your car and luggage. The spa was top class, especially the Hydrotherapy
area, so much to do so many places to relax and unwind and the ice experience room was a
highlight! There seemed to be something for everyone and it never got over crowded so you
could really enjoy every part of the spa.

The oriental massages were amazing a Thai girl doing a traditional Thai massage which if you
have ever been to Asia know they are hard to beat for a good massage to have this Asian
flavour to the spa really put the icing on the cake for me. This place was worth every penny,
the food in the restaurants zen gardens and the main hotel were also top class, and to be

honest I just cant wait to go again. 10/10

We are a couple who stayed on the SenSpa Relaxer break over the August bank holiday
period, needing a much needed rest…Fantastic Spa, food, room and staff so professional
and caring in their work! The hotel should be renamed 'Caring Manor'!!!! We felt like VIP's and
came away rested and relaxed.
As regular travellers abroad and to various spas we could not fault the experience at all. The
only downfall was not enough hours in the day!!
We particularly liked the unlimited access and time you could spend in the Hydrotherapy Pool
/ areas.
It’s a great place for couples because usually spas are female dominated but men were
equally at home here and in fact very much a couples place.
Well recommended, a must!!

I have recently stayed at Careys Manor for the wedding of my daughter. The day before I
checked in and then spent the best part of 3 hours in the SENSPA enjoying 3 treatments I
had booked many months before.
The first 2 hours evolved a body wrap and full body massage with a young lady called Elle.
Having stayed in some of the most exclusive spas in Europe I was totally blown away by my
treatment.
I can't begin to thank Elle enough or to express how truly magnificent both she and all those I
met and received treatments from over the two days are
It truly was the most amazing treatment I have ever experienced.
