Relax on a heated Hammam bed, whilst Rhassoul mud is expertly massaged over your body using a variety of techniques designed to soothe and calm. This medium pressure massage deeply cleanses and smoothes the skin whilst stimulating blood circulation and easing muscle tension and stress.

Oriental Foot Massage 60 mins - £75.00

The nerve reflexes in the foot correspond to all major organs. Massaging over these points helps to restore balance and harmony to the whole body and is deeply relaxing. Feet are cleansed with aromatic, exfoliating herbs, warmed with Thai herbal poultices and anointed with organic oils.

Techniques drawn from Thai massage and Western traditions are used to massage the feet and lower legs, finishing with poultice and massage to the neck and head.

A superb body polishing treatment using freshly ground Himalayan rock crystal salt, organic aloe vera, honey, herbs and essential oils to remineralise and smooth the skin and to rebalance the body’s energy. The half hour option is suitable only if followed with an oil massage. Available for 30 minutes or an hour.

Foot Grooming for Men 45 mins - £42.00

An invigorating salt exfoliation for the feet and lower legs followed by a soothing foot soak with lemongrass and peppermint to relax the feet. Nails are trimmed for a clean appearance followed by a calming massage. A nourishing mask is smothered on the feet while they rest in heated booties.
