Frequently Asked Questions
When can I use my membership?
You can take your first spa day/spa experience once the membership contract has been signed and the startup fee and 1st months membership payment has been made.
What do I pay initially?
There is a £25 startup fee and the first months payment will be taken (for the Spa day membership this will be £30). Your direct debit instructions will then be for the remaining 11 months of the annual membership.
How many spa days can I have in a year?
Your membership entitles you to 4 spa day visits per year. These are activate/available every 3 months from the first day of your membership and valid for the term of the annual membership.
What happens if I don't use a spa day within a 3 month period?
You can accrue a spa day so that you can use in the following periods of your membership (up to the last day of the 12th month).
Can I book additional treatments for my day?
Yes, our treatments are usually well booked in advance, so please be sure to reserve these when you book your Spa Day or Spa Break.
I have some health considerations, what should I do?
Please tell us about any health conditions you may have and ask one of our reception staff for advice on which treatments are most suitable for you and whether hydrotherapy is appropriate. To ensure the best possible care we advise you to consult with your doctor if you have unmedicated high blood pressure, heart condition, have a lymphatic disorder or have any other medical condition.
Can I bring a friend with me?
Absolutely, they will be able to take advantage of the special members benefits too.
Do I need to pre book my spa day/spa evening?
Yes, pre booking is essential, as to avoid disappointment if the spa is busy, and pre booking allows our team time to prepare the perfect spa day or spa experience itinerary for you - booking your lunch, dinner or treatments (if you have chosen to add any to your day).
