  • Hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, crystal steam room, laconicum, tepidarium, ice room, experience showers, health showers, ozone swimming pool, gymnasium, relaxation room and quiet room.

  • A mind body class A class that is adaptable for all levels which involves relaxation, stretching or movement or a combination of all designed to help you truly unwind. We provide comfortable Thai pyjamas for you to wear during your class or you can bring your own casual (and comfortable) sports wear if you wish.

  • Luxury overnight accommodationWe have a range of different room types with either twin or double beds. On a standard spa break you are usually allocated one of our Knightwood rooms, however why not upgrade to one of the newly refurnished Oakwood Rooms. These bedrooms are designed and finished to the highest standard with true luxury and comfort in mind.   • Whether you would like to indulge in a delicious New Forest breakfast or prefer something lighter, the Zen Garden Restaurant offers the ideal tranquil setting for you to start your day.

  • A delicious lunch

  • Lunch is served in the Zen Garden Restaurant and you have a two course menu included within your package. We offer a selection of dishes, many of which are traditional Thai dishes, although we do have Western dishes on the menu too. If you are coming for a detox, then there is a good choice of delicious healthy meals however if you are coming for indulgence you will not be disappointed. So whether you want a fresh fruit smoothie or a glass of wine to accompany your meal, there is no doubt you will enjoy it! And there is no need to worry about getting dressed up for lunch, you can just sit back and relax in your gown.
