The Manor Restaurant
Awarded two rosettes by the AA for excellence in our food quality, our Executive Chef, Chris Wheeldon, has created imaginative menus which are essentially British with a French influence. On Friday and Saturday nights a more intimate ambiance is created by our resident pianist and baby grand piano. The Manor Restaurant uses only the finest ingredients which are predominantly English and are sourced in line with our ethical food policy of using local, free-range and organic produce as far as possible. Our local suppliers include Owls Barn Farm, Lyburn Cheeses, Merry Orchard Mushrooms. Many of our dishes include produce which carries the New Forest Marque, this denotes produce from the New Forest.

New Season Lamb Tortellini with Caramelised Sweetbread Organic Sea Trout on Wilted Pak Choi and Shitake Anolini Poached Poussin stuffed with Wild Mushrooms on Spring Greens
