If you deserve a rest, but can’t spare a whole day, then this spa experience has been designed especially for you. You can enjoy most of benefits of a full spa day, but timed perfectly around the school run. If you’re a new mum with limited me-time then this spa day is ideal.

Full use of the award winning spa facilities which includes:- Hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, crystal steam room, laconicum, tepidarium, ice room, experience showers, health showers, ozone swimming pool, gymnasium, relaxation room and quiet room.

- Muesli, fresh fruit, tea and coffee are served in our Relaxation room.
A delicious lunchLunch is served in the Zen Garden Restaurant and you have a two course menu included within your package. We offer a selection of dishes, many of which are traditional Thai dishes, although we do have Western dishes on the menu too. If you are coming for a detox, then there is a good choice of delicious healthy meals however if you are coming for indulgence you will not be disappointed. So whether you want a fresh fruit smoothie or a glass of wine to accompany your meal, there is no doubt you will enjoy it! And there is no need to worry about getting dressed up for lunch, you can just sit back and relax in your gown.-

Other Information:Your spa day starts at 10am and finishes at 3pm. We will send you an itinerary which states your times for lunch and treatments.
