This spa break is the ideal choice for those who wish to really enjoy use of our award winning facilities, relaxing in the warm spa waters and unwinding in the relaxation areas. This break is also a popular choice for those who wish to build their own spa package, adding specific treatments tailored to their own preferences.
- The SenSpa Relaxer one night break includes;
- - Three course dinner in the Manor Restaurant
- - (based on two people sharing a Knightwood Double or twin room. £50 single occupancy supplement)
- - Breakfast in the Zen Garden
- - Two course Thai Lunch
- - Use of the award winning spa facilities
- - Please note: There is a minimum stay restriction on Saturday of 2 nights. Subject to availability

Full use of the award winning spa facilities which includes:- Hydrotherapy pool, herbal sauna, crystal steam room, laconicum, tepidarium, ice room, experience showers, health showers, ozone swimming pool, gymnasium, relaxation room and quiet room.

- Dinner is served in our two rosette Manor Restaurant which serves modern European cuisine using local, organic and free range produce as far as possible.
Luxury overnight accommodationWe have a range of different room types with either twin or double beds. On a standard spa break you are usually allocated one of our Knightwood rooms, however why not upgrade to one of the newly refurnished Oakwood Rooms. These bedrooms are designed and finished to the highest standard with true luxury and comfort in mind. Breakfast served in the Manor RestaurantChoose to indulge in a delicious New Forest breakfast or select something more light and healthy from our menu
A delicious lunchLunch is served in the Zen Garden Restaurant and you have a two course menu included within your package. We offer a selection of dishes, many of which are traditional Thai dishes, although we do have Western dishes on the menu too. If you are coming for a detox, then there is a good choice of delicious healthy meals however if you are coming for indulgence you will not be disappointed. So whether you want a fresh fruit smoothie or a glass of wine to accompany your meal, there is no doubt you will enjoy it! And there is no need to worry about getting dressed up for lunch, you can just sit back and relax in your gown.-

Arrival/departure times Rooms are available from 3pm and check out is at 11am. Late check out may be available on request. -
