The magic of water
Crystal clear spa waters and a range of innovative hydrotherapy treatments based on age old techniques are designed to ease tired muscles, boost the immune system, detoxify the skin, stimulate blood circulation and ultimately refresh the senses - relaxing the mind as well as the body.
Large Hydrotherapy Pool
Water is an essential element in any relaxation programme. Our pool will massage every part of you with strategically placed water jets at differing heights for each tired muscle and envelop you in a volcano of bubbles to increase circulation. After a total hydrotherapy massage, relax on the loungers and let the bubbles work.
Herbal Sauna
Kept at 80°C, the herbal sauna is less oppressive than a traditional sauna. There are seasonal variations of herbs, including mountain herbs and lavender.
Crystal Steam Room
Our steam room, energised by a large crystal of Bohemian Amethyst, is operated at a temperature of approximately 45-48°C.
Laconicum
A heat room where you can relax on the benches or lie on the heated floor. It is typically 48°C with 50% humidity. Perfect for those who prefer a gentle, slower heat with a little moisture.
Tepidarium
Relax on heated loungers, unwind under the twinkling lights and listen to the tranquil sounds of the gentle fountain.
Experience Showers
Choose from sea storm or ice storm, cooling programmes with lightning effects or the tropical showers with a warm downpour and the sounds and scents of a tropical forest!
Ice Room
After spending time in the heated areas, rubbing crushed ice into the body is soothing and the’ kubel douche’ (an overhead bucket containing ice cold water) is a good way to cool down quickly
Swimming Pool
Our 14m Ozone pool overlooks the tranquil Zen Garden, enjoy a relaxing swim and then lay back on a poolside recliner and unwind with your favourite book.
Rhassoul Mud Room
A beautiful, mosaicked private room, ideal for two. Your therapist will prepare the finest Rhassoul mud for you to apply all over your body, face and hair, then relax on the heated seats whilst gentle steam opens your pores and allow the therapeutic mud to work its magic – perfect to share with a partner or friend. Hammam Rooms & Vichy Showers
Treatment rooms with heated mosaic-tiled beds used for our luxurious Pure Spa treatments.
Hydro-massage provided by water sprays directed along the spine. Often used as part of the pure spa treatments.
Relaxation Room
Spend time in the relaxation rooms where you can enjoy peace and serenity in exotic oriental surroundings, adorned with plump silk cushions and objets d’art from the East.
Quiet Room
Our quiet room has comfortable recliners where you can enjoy complete tranquillity without being disturbed.
Thai Temple Studio
When you join us on a spa day or spa break you will usually enjoy a mind body class in the Thai temple studio. These classes are designed to relax and inspire. We also hold over 25 classes per week for members, from Yoga and Pilates to Circuit Training, Body Balance and Meditation.
Gymnasium
The well-equipped air-conditioned gym ensures the most ardent fitness fanatic will not be bored. Combine this with friendly, well-trained fitness staff to guide you through the technology, motivate and help with exercise technique and the result will be rewarding.

The Zen Garden spa restaurant serves delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. The Thai palace inspired gold murals, bamboo ceiling and serene Zen garden create a tranquil and calming atmosphere, the ideal setting to enjoy a relaxing meal. Non -Thai alternatives are also available.
