Spa Etiquette

We find many of our guests enjoy their day more when they have allowed plenty of time to travel to us, avoiding any possible traffic congestion or delays.

Lunch in the Zen Garden is informal and you may wear your bathrobe, Thai pyjamas, fitness wear or other clothing.

We respectfully request that spa guests show consideration to one another by keeping noise to a minimum in all areas of the spa. For your own enjoyment we request that mobile phones are not used in any area of the spa.

Showering is strictly required before entering the swimming pool or hydrotherapy pool. We are here to make your visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible, so please let us know if we can be of any further help during your stay.
