Dining at Careys Manor When you stay on a spa break you can enjoy dinner in the Manor Restaurant, our fine dining restaurant which has been awarded two AA rosettes, offers an essentially British menu with a French influence.

If you fancy a taste of France during your stay, Le Blaireau is our traditional French Bistro which offers a delicious selection of dishes that can be enjoyed in an informal, entertaining and enjoyable atmosphere.

All of our restaurants use only the finest ingredients sourced in line with our ethical food policy of using local, free-range and organic produce as far as possible.

Afternoon Tea at Careys Manor Treat yourself to an indulgent traditional afternoon tea which includes a selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones, served warm with clotted cream and your choice of preserves, a selection of cakes and pastries from our Pastry Chef and your choice of blended teas or fresh ground coffee.

When the sun is shining your afternoon tea can be enjoyed outside in our garden or if it’s a bit chilly outside, take a seat in our comfortable sofas in the lounge by the open fire. 

Out and about We are happy to help you make the most of your stay with us and take advantage of the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest.  We can provide maps, prepare a delicious picnic hamper and help you organise cycle hire.
