You will have your own illuminated pod surrounded by a white see-through curtain. It is your own private space taking you through a sensory journey incorporating sound therapy, colour therapy and aromatherapy. The intensity of the sound waves also causes gentle vibrations which you feel through your body to promote deep relaxation and regenerate the body and mind.

The Silver Alphasphere experience lasts for 50 minutes and covers the whole colour spectrum, flowing from soft to intense. Independent studies have shown positive effects on stress reduction and concentration, promoting mental balance and activating your self-healing abilities.
