How to Keep your Summer Glow Through Winter

You’ve worked so hard for that summer body and put in serious tanning time, but now winter is rolling in and soon your summer glow will fade. The notably cold season is associated with sensitive and dry skin, less vitamin D for a healthy tanned glow and less motivation to get outside and exercise will leave you feeling a little low.

There are ways around this and SenSpa is here to help! To prepare you for the winter ahead, we’ve got some helpful tips to keep that summer glow all year round.

Relax

We’ve said it again and again but spa time really is good for you! Regular exercise will ensure that you don’t lose all the hard work you put in for summer. Exfoliate
