DIY Skincare - Coconut and Kiwi Body Scrub

Here's SenSpa's latest beauty tips and you can make it in the comfort of your own home!
Normal/Dry skin types
Ground almonds and rice gently slough off dead skin cells without being too scratchy and also contain moisturising oils. Yoghurt is rich in proteins and enzymes which help to exfoliate and cleanse skin. Coconut oil helps to nourish and Aloe Vera is soothing and hydrating on the skin. Kiwi is high in vitamin C so keeping skin young and vibrant.
Ingredients
1½ teaspoons almonds
1½ teaspoon plain natural yogurt
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon ground rice
1 teaspoon aloe vera
2 teaspoon kiwi
Mix all ingredients together well in a bowl. Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
Apply to the body in small circular motions, rinse off well with warm water and pat dry.
