Following on from the Introduction to Facial Yoga Workshop, Sarah will now delve deeper into the Danielle Collins Facial Yoga method. The Fundamentals of Facial Yoga - Workshop One focuses on energy breathing, relaxation and coaches you through a upper facial routine to tone and smooth wrinkles naturally. Sarah will build on the skills learnt in the introduction and guide you through how to easily incorporate these techniques into your daily routine .
This workshop is suitable for absolutely everyone and particularly good for anyone wanting to work on frown lines, eye area concerns, cheek area, jowls and mouth lines. It’s never too early to implement preventive measures to premature aging and it’s never too late in life to strengthen muscles and enjoy the benefits of relaxation of the mind and body for a more youthful appearance.
This is an interactive virtual workshop where you will be learning a life-long skill. There’s no pressure to join in on the night, just sit back and listen if you would prefer. If you plan on participating, please ensure your face and hands have been cleansed and you have a facial oil or serum to hand. Please note, if you have had Botox in the last 2 weeks or facial surgery in the last 6 months, please avoid this area when participating.
As a qualified Holistic Skin Therapist and lecturer with over 16 years of experience within the beauty and wellbeing industry, natural skincare has always been a passion for Sarah.
“You could say I am not your 'usual' beautician; I’m at my happiest climbing mountains, cliff diving, jungle trekking and generally not worrying about a make-up bag. I believe the key to loving the person in the mirror is embracing natural beauty – As Blake Lively once said “confidence is the best accessory you can wear”.
Now living in Colorado with her husband and 2 children, Sarah has taken her teaching online with clients all across the globe joining her virtual natural skincare workshops and skin mapping consultations.
“The only thing missing from this otherwise authentic experience, is the jet lag”.
