Virtual Workshop: The Menopause - Passage To Power!
19th May 2022
7pm - 8pm
Around 60% of women are likely to experience peri/menopausal symptoms and 20% are likely to find that symptoms are severe and this can have a detrimental impact on a person’s quality of life and those of the people around them. However, it remains an underdiscussed topic leaving many women unaware or fearful about the changes they're experiencing and in the dark regarding symptoms such as low mood, anxiety, irritability, brain fog, night sweats, joint pain and treatments such as HRT.
In this Menopause focused free virtual workshop, Mery Zanutto, who has a 25 year clinical background as a Senior Orthopaedic Surgical Practitioner and now working as a High Performance Psychologist with some of the best athletes in the UK, will discuss what the menopause is, it’s symptoms and why you’re experiencing them as well as providing some helpful resources. With her compassionate, empathic approach Mery will share some mindset techniques to help you navigate though the menopause from a different perspective and embrace this change in your life in a more positive way.
